This milestone underscores the company’s deep-rooted commitment to responsible business practices and its ongoing efforts to align with globally recognized principles on human rights, labour, the environment, and anti-corruption.
As part of the UNGC, Centrient will continue aligning its operations and strategies with ten universal principles, while supporting broader UN goals, including the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Centrient’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) agenda already reflects this ethos. The company is a founding member of the AMR Industry Alliance and has earned Minimized AMR certification from BSI for its Santa Perpetua site in Spain—an independent validation of its rigorous controls on antibiotic manufacturing emissions to help combat antimicrobial resistance (AMR), one of the world’s most pressing public health threats.
